The City of Laconia is proceeding with planning for the Elm Street Pedestrian Improvements. As part of the regulated process for this federally funded project, the City is hosting a Proposed Action Meeting. The meeting will be held on Wednesday, February 28, 2024 at 6:00 PM at the Laconia City Hall, located at 45 Beacon Street E., Laconia, NH. At this meeting, HEB Engineers will provide a recap of the project history, findings of the Engineering Study, and an overview of the Proposed Action for the Elm Street Pedestrian Improvements Project.
