Household Hazardous Waste Collections have been scheduled in several Lakes Region communities on Saturday, July 31 and Saturday, August 7, from 8:30 am to 12:00 noon both days. The Laconia event will be held on Saturday, August 7 at the Department of Public Works Garage located at 27 Bisson Avenue in Laconia. Residents and taxpayers may bring up to 10 gallons or 50 pounds of household hazardous waste to one of the collection sites for no additional cost.
