Any property owner wishing to connect to the City of Laconia’s storm drainage system must first obtain a Drain Connection Permit. There is no charge for a Drain Connection Permit.
Activities Requiring Permits
The Drain Connection Permit applies to, but is not limited to, connecting any of the following to the City's drainage system:
- sump pumps
- cellar drains
- foundation drains
- yard drains
- roof leaders
